  5. No Refund After Technician Visit:
    • Once a technician has visited your home, no refund will be issued. Please ensure that you are fully committed to the service before confirming the visit.
  6. Customer Responsibilities:
    • You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and ensuring that someone is available at the scheduled time of service. If our technician is unable to complete the service due to your unavailability, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
  7. Service Warranties:
    • We offer a 7-day warranty on all repair services, covering only the specific repairs performed on your system. Any issues that arise within this period will be addressed at no additional cost.
  8. New Parts Warranty:
    • The warranty on any new parts installed during the repair will be subject to the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer of the part. We are not responsible for the warranty of parts outside the manufacturer's coverage.
  9. Cancellation Process:
    • To cancel a service, please send a WhatsApp message to our company number with your details and the message "Request: Cancel Visit." Cancellations must be made before the technician's scheduled visit.
  10. Liability:
    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claims arising out of our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
  11. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
  12. Modifications to Terms:
    • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.


Refund Policies

    • You are eligible for a full refund of the visiting charge if you cancel the service before the technician arrives. Refund requests must be made through our designated customer service channels.
  2. No Refund After Technician Visit:
    • Once the technician has arrived at your location and commenced the service, no refunds will be issued for the visit or any services rendered.
  3. Refund Processing Time:
    • Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days from the date of the cancellation request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
  4. Exceptions:
    • In cases where the service was not performed as agreed, or if there was a significant delay caused by our technician, please contact customer support. We will review the case and may provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.
